You are the only one talking about a free lunch Leo. Again, Apples and Oranges Leo. Bottom line you refer to is EPS. Market Cap is only indirectly based upon EPS, fully diluted or not, as the current market price of any stock considers many more factors beyond EPS. Market Cap is based on actual shares outstanding, not shares that may be converted with dilutive effect, multiplied by current market price, not EPS.
