I doubt it. Have you ever sued someone. Cost is very high. You would have to have millions of shares to make it cost effective and you could lose.

I don't want to see anyone screwed so I hope it works out.

We are due a more in depth explanation why the SEC wouldn't permit (or would tie up the process who knows how long) a SSTP divi. IF it can't be done, it can't be done. In lieu of SSTP I would at least want USSE shares. The key is the explanation we have not gotten. This ties with my previous comment about the need for improved investor relations and a proven startup exec. JMO
