Z That is right on the money! I am not an advocate of conspiracy theory banter ... but this situation with Jay and Cornell is suspect.
Either Jay is getting his "business ass" kicked by everyone around him, or he is making a ton of personal money from the SH of this company through personal connections with Cornell Capital. Either way he is useless as a CEO / Chairman, and will have a tough time finding another lead position if he cannot right this wrong.
