Same thinking here. My current thought is that NDOL licenses may have been hyped a little bit but may not be scammy. We will derive value from them soon or later IMO.

I could argue that NWOG CEO never "committed to a $2.17 buyout"... but I would rather leave the whole topic alone. Maki asked about my opinion - it was just my opinion, nothing more (although "extremely educated" :). Let's leave this to historians and move up already!

thanks for raising this re Nord.

I have the license docs from the defunct nord site, sent to eik. Hope eik wrong, he usually isn't. Might want to float through some of my old posts for some intense speculation, address work on Nord. Still a huge mystery.

Thinking in terms of Monimpex "shell" service for NWOG U.S. listing personally. Monimpex has disappeared. Some of the old posts have speculation on the licenses, can't say i have time for that stuff right now to look further.

I think the key is to really figure out just who the "principals" of Nord are/were.

We should all remember that Jalovian (nord) relative and kazanjian on the NWOG board as we speak.

I share your assessment 100% as I have stated in the past.

There are but two options:

Either the licenses do not exist/are not in the name of NDOL, and Malyshev et al were complicit in the fake merger ordeal

or

Malyshev et al bought a bag of goods without performing any serious due diligence whatsoever.

As I have stated many times before, I doubt that someone that has alleged ties to the Kremlin can be so blue eyed as to let a run-of-the-mill Canadian shyster take advantage of him in his own back-yard.

That being said, being down 83.3% of my original investment, I may as well give his group a chance to redeem themselves with the audited financials, but I for one am not holding my breath for either timeliness or completeness of the results.
