Yes, this "Jalovian-Kazanijan" stuff is a mystery... maybe NWOG just wants to keep majority of restricted shares registered on "active" insiders names? I don't have any answer... If you don't solve this - nobody will. :) Nice to see you here, euddoggwyn!
