3531niapoc, WD-40, pokestake, Axel Larator --

What were the stated costs of the PILOT PROJECT IN (Pachaua) MEXICO? I believe that there were 2 installments.

For that price/expense there were, I believe, 11 hotzone units (clouds). It has been projected that to fully cover the relatively small city of Pachuca it may take as many as 6 to 7 hundred Hotzone units (clouds).

What "could" be the final cost of installation in just the city of Pachuca???

What could be the final cost of the complete build out in Mexico???

Exactly, Globetel NEVER had the staff, expertise, or the ability to execute such a massive undertaking in Russia and it was all just a pipe dream. Think about it, the business plan was a total joke without any substance to it at all and severely flawed numbers. It would have taken an unGodly amount of capital to just pay the contractors and subcontractors and they'd all have to be russian (can you imagine the politics there ?) I bet they never mention russia again.

All in my honest and most humble opinion of course.
