can't put pressure on brokers by doing a R/S can you? just lets see where this goes. you got your answers into the court, nothing left to do but wait for the next shoe to drop and see where it lands. this one ( summons) was a HUGE surprise to many, i bet the next shoe will be a surprise too, but not to some of us :)

Megas WANTS the shorts to have to pay up, imo. Or he would have gone the R/S route. His stock will benefit greatly from a huge short squeeze, especially with rumored 'deals' waiting in the wings, that will keep the stock price up after the squeeze, imo.

This a very foolish statement and frankly after reading many of your posting history posts, I believe it to be entitrely beneith you.

The catch twenty two must be addressed...
that is the DTCC will not release shares to be traded into the new CUSIP because there are fake shares and naked shares. The brokers say they have real shares because the DTCC will not release the real shares and the brokers do nothing because nothing gets them where they want to be, off the hook...LOL
tm's suit will do two things (and neither of those two things involves us being convicted of anything) the suit will highlight the number of shares actually out there and.... will show the judge that our brokers bought us shares, took our money, made their commission and did not actually give us any shares at all! Who do you think the judge is going to rule for? US
