We aren't guilty, that goes without saying. Anyone on the NOBO list is not guilty. That still doesn't mean our shares won't be nullified. BUT...Megas could have all but nullified our shares by doing a huge ratio reverse split. He didn't have to do the crazy and sue 1,300 innocent individual daytraders for fraud, without specific cause, from a list of investors who bought stock through a broker/dealer. He didn't have to taint you with a securities fraud suit. Do you smell the bad smell yet or are you still quaffing Koolaid?
