A patent for oral fluid HIV test outside US. Interesting to note that the applicant is not Calypte Biomedical but rather the Beijing company in China which Calypte owns only 51% of
even though all the inventors were U.S. residents on the Calypte payroll. So Marr picks up 49% ownership of the patent at Calypte stockholders' expense.


Reckon maybe Marr is making "long term" plans here?

Thanks OR, lots of good information in there. Looks like it was filed 2 years ago and recently published back in Nov of 2006. I agree, this seems to be only an application. If they were issued this patent, it would be extremely good news - covers many countries.
