I don't know how you read the application..but isaw the filing date based in May, 2005 and the publication date in nov., 2006. What do you think about? Maybe you can spend a second look at the aplication in case of my fault.
Well....thats only a list of intended countries.... you have to pay a lot of money to actually file in those individual states.
Your link only gave me the front page. The last few pages will be a "Search Report". If you can give us links to at least those pages, it will give us some idea about how likely it is that patents will eventually issue.
