I too have wondered why not do warrants to fund the company's cash needs. Shareholders, who have a vested interest in the company's stock price going up, would do the funding.

It would might curb another problem too: the shorting against private placement shares that seems to happen every time.

On another note, I too appreciate Snackman's and Unclever's contacts with Wave. I am anxious to read Snackman's update.
