Wildman, you are right, and it makes it harder for folks to be objective.
I still say it's unfortunate the numbers seem overly high, but the rest is a no-brainer for me. Ideally they can redo the proxy in time, but watch, there will still be complainers.
I wonder if everybody knows most of SKS's stake in the company is in the form of options that are about to expire unexercised?
Read the note (4) after his name and one will see that most of his holding is in unexercised options. In 2005 he was granted 250K (1/2 the max.) @ 1.04 (3.12 post-RS)...they have not been exercised.
