Keep dreaming, if they don't show you the money soon and if they say they have rejected the "buyout", many here will not believe the credibility of the offer.
It's make or break for them.
I hope it's not te same NDOL/NWOG scheme. That scheme was tried and failed.

Buyout deals can take a while to negotiate (DNE recently bought out GoldKing all cash: $320 million total - quite detailed terms to be met before final closing in May. There was a silence from the company for a while before the big news).

The negotiation period may explain why we didn't get PRs this Spring re: production and dividend and the PPS sank to current levels (in addition to manipulation).

If this is truely the case, than anything is possible on Wednesday.

It is very possible, as 2Create has long maintained, shares at $0.145 are a steal, as are shares at $1.45 etc.

yes! remember, unless they are holding thier meeting in "Second Life" or on a video phone, Martin will be travelling to moscow for this meeting.. and it certainly won't be to entertain an offer of .30 a share.

me also thinks that this is most likely a done deal... or at least martin is heading to moscow this weekend and they will be going over the offer, signing the paperwork... ect..

no way martin is travelling that far for a crap offer, or even just to decide that they can do better, and reject it.
