I'm with you sub360 by feeling this is an offer worth considering since they went through the exercise of investigating it fully.

But (and I'm reading between the lines a bit) I also don't think this is a major producer making the offer, otherwise they wouldn't have to go through too much DD.

But what do I know, I'm not even a doctor ;0-
