Tex is correct. I found NO brokerages named as defendants on the list of 1272. The name "Ameritrade" did appear on the list but only as an identification of where an account was held, i.e. Ameritrade IRA account. It looks like ONLY individuals are being sued, NOT brokerages!

Texbanker, you do as you wish and I will do the same.... We were sold the shares period, I suggest you read the entire summons and try to understand it... WARNING WARNING, go get your attorney if you fill the need..... I don't care...

If that is true, then I sure hope Scottrade can give me my real shares if I so choose to transfer my account to another broker.
