That's because the brokerages didn't "buy" the shares, they just facilitated the purchase for the shareholder. The shares are in our names, not the name of the brokerage.

There are npo brokerages because they were not the ones that deposited illeagl certificates. They are after those that knowingly deposited illegal certs.
