Thank you for finding that Mike, you probably got that directly from the filing itself, I was looking at a skimmed version on Yahoo Finance. They say this year:
The critical objectives of our marketing strategy over the next twenty-four months are outlined below:
1. We will continue to enhance our Crankcase Ventilation System prototypes and products and enhance expected capabilities and confirm commercialization steps in three phases. These phases are outlined below:
Phase I: Focus on the continued development of the Crankcase Ventilation System and all related technologies so as to have a solution to be able to sell/market in all vertical markets before the end of 2007.
Phase II: To have products ready for shipment by the end of the third quarter of 2007 so as to be able to offer all strategic partners, customers, original equipment manufacturers and end-users products in the first three months of year 2008.
Now let's make a comparison of this year's 10-K with last year's 10-K filed in April of 2006. I "lifted" this from page #6, of the 10-K filed 4/17/06, from the SVMI filings on PinkSheets.com:

WOW!!! The prediction on production is word for word what it was last year, except a year was added to all the dates on last years 10-K. Isn't that great, last years prediction was soooo good, all they had to do was add a year onto last years dates, so production is pushed out another year. Neat! Huh?? I hope a few people or somebody is beginning to see the light, because that's the only reason why I'm taking the time to write this.
I would also believe them when they say in the 10-K, their continued existence will mean more share dilution and loans.
How many more years can a SaVi long drink this Kool-Aid? And if someone posts they've already lost 85%, so what's 15% more? That just says you're willing to throw the 15% left away, rather than admit you're wrong. That's not investing, a CD would have been better than following your "THROW THE MONEY AWAY METHOD" And understand, nobody is right everytime they invest in the market and these penny stocks do put out some cute PRs that will make you believe and want to buy a lot of shares of whatever, unfortunately.
What's the answer to avoid this?
Don't take a big position in anything, right off the bat, starting out. Because when it goes down you're stuck. You don't want to sell and take a big loss. If you have a modest position though, you can afford to cut and run. And if the stock performs like you expected, going up, at that point you could add to your position in that stock. It's so simple.
Ya gotta forget the greedy ideas of "I'll buy a million shares of SaVi, because it's so cheap, then I'll just wait and wait until it goes to a dollar, then I'll be a millionaire and strut into the SaVi Hits a Dollar Party in Vegas."
I hope some of you reading this know now, it doesn't work that way.
