So it seems that the Sept 6th PR was an attempt to announce Mr Kahn as the CEO of the NEW company. Or at least logic says that, IMO.

Problem is, that PR said that he was the new CEO of Sulja Bros Building Supplies. Then later in the PR it just said he was CEO of SLJB. I'm sure the OSC has a firm grasp on those dates and differing corporations, versus what was named in PRs, etc. Lots of confusion and contradiction.

who owns who?
are either of them the NV corp? which(if any) is on the cert that was posted?
does building supply own Bros? and the lumberyard?
