So far, we don't have any real answers to those questions.

The incorporation info was copied on 4 January 2007. In Nevada, companies are required to update their officers' lists only once a year; I don't know what the rule is in Ontario. But obviously no one bothered to file an amendment, should any have been required. It's clear who founded Sulja Building Supplies, and they weren't Suljas.
