marketmann, The link she posted is for Sulja Building Supplies Ltd from 8/31/2006. There's no "Bros" in it.

That, to me, also helps to explain why Mr Kahn was so confused with the couple of people who reached him via phone after that "new CEO" PR debacle from the Sept 6 2006 PR. Remember that? Only 6 days after the formation of the new corporation? He did tell someone (whom I know) via phone something about this company being Sulja Building Supplies, and that he didn't know anything about Sulja BROS Building Supplies, which at the time was very confusing. It was written off as him being confused. Now it's more clear to me. I guess he wasn't so confused afterall. But his convo wasn't recorded that I know of, so it's all hearsay at this point.

Yep, I think they were playing a "shell game", so to speak, for some reason.
