Chris:

The word "perpetrator" was used in a comical sense vs. the intent you are portraying.

I was one of those who helped finance the trip to Bolivia and thought it would be of interest to those who didn't know the history of MYNG to understand that it had been investigated thoroughly in the past. In other words, we did the DD to the highest degree possible in an effort to find the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

Basically, without going into an essay on the financials, you have a company with 425,000,000 shares outstanding and valued at about $95,000,000 who after upgrading their facilities may gross $2.5 million in gold next year, before expenses. With known obligations of $1MM for 2004-06 and a cost of $75 per ounce to extract, under the best circumstances MYNG may profit a whole $1MM next year barring any glitches. That would be a whole $.0023 per share after 7 years or so of operation based on a $400 per ounce price. The sad part is that because their cost of extracation is so low (claimed $75 per ounce) the exponential profitability picture for MYNG (should gold continue to rise in value)is not in the same arena as companies who have far higher production costs per ounce.

Take a chill pill.
