One reason I'd like to see it approved is because I think some smart researchers out there would figure out what's going on long before DNDN does.
This is a valid point. And all of the AC members who made mention of the fact that they would like to see it approved in order to move the field forward were probably in part referencing something similar. Once the MOA is better understood we can probably improve it.
