JR not only moderates that board as well as anybody on I-hub but brings extensive DD to the board. A lot of which I have personally verified and double checked. I trust JR but you I do not know.
The Can Save Rx acquisition came with 500 clients. I just got off the phone with Nick and the reason they don't have a lot of revenue with Can Save Rx right now is because his partner died and he had to close one store and quite frankly Can Save Rx isn't his highest priority right now. He has his own Insurance firm with a bunch of agents under him and he also has another job. He's extremely busy and may or may not be staying on as part of the RXPC team. He has the 500 clients ready to go now for Peter and he will be hanging on for the next couple months to aid in a smooth transition. He may or may not stay on after that depending on if Peter needs him.
