I believe they are guilty of fraud. How does that go? Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. An investor would be a fool to continue to be fooled by sevu. I think the lawsuit is very important. I think a new investor would be a fool to be buying sevu now.

I don't believe they are suing sevu ONLY to get at their deep pockets. They are suing because they believe sevu defrauded investors with misleading and incorrect press releases adn such. They are suing because they believe they can collect. This is a class action lawsuit, an expensive suit. They don't bring these things just to harass people into giving them money. That would be bad faith. Most states have laws against this, legal firms could be sued if they sue someone in bad faith. I believe the suit has merit.
