SAM you miss the point of the testing. The airship can be "flown" at the end of a string and was on the last test. I'm sure they found a number of items that didn't work as planned, but it's OK as it was on the end of that string. Testing a system is a slow process. The interaction of the various components must be validated in a safe environment. You act like the process is just a waste of time and money. Not unlike a small child that doesn't get served in their time frame. It's obvious all the parts are there, sans the solar panel, to have a complete airship. The intent is clear, Murch would seem to be the leader we need, so what the heck is your problem?
