"I could not purchase too much USSE stock because I was in discussions with USSE and SPC about a venture we are establishing in Massachusetts. As a USSE share holder, I must be very careful, especially since I am an equity holder in the Massachusetts venture. My inclusion of the amount of shares in my stock purchases was not to indicate any level of confidence, only to be completely transparent to the degree possible. The MOU's for a green electricity consortium in Western Mass have been signed and a press release has been issued to local Massachusetts newspapers only."
