Never mind. I was getting hung up on
the "network" becoming cash flow positive, etc,
when it's the "JV" which they anticipate will produce net income by its sixth month (~ Oct. '07) and be cash flow positive by end of twelve months (~ April '08).
At least that's my take on it.
