Let me ask another way:
The network started in a pilot test fashion in Sept. 2006
The entire network will be converted to a commercial network this week. So, are they saying that they expect it to generate a positive operating cash flow by or before
April 2008? Within 12 months of the "commercial" operation which starts on 4/11/07? Or is mid-October 2006 the start date, so positive operating cash flow expected by Oct. 2007?
