I'm not sure I follow completely.
If the bid is @01 and I wish to sell
for .10 and continue to bump my sell
price up .10 to .25 .50 etc. as necessary
and continue to stay ahead of the ask price
and the authorized are 50MM shares.
As in my example the entire authorized
of 50MM is held by Art and Kapone so until
they agree to sell at their price the short
has not been covered.
Now, my question is this, since Art and
Kapone own in excess of the total AS and
establish a sell price of their shares of
$10.00 and we know this, can we hold out
until $9.50 PPS?
