citoyen...yes, that theory has been bandied about as well. I don't buy into it myself, but others do, and I have no alternate theory to stand on except, it's a scam (nervous LOL), or they have information they are waiting to distribute for some unknown reason. It's great to have multilingual folks to assist us single language dummies in DD efforts.
As for whether the ACMG price was orchestrated, I tend to think not... it is NOT the type of conduct typical of AC prior to Siam's involvement... and I do not think he would take kindly to his loyal s-holders being screwed over for a few bucks.
FACE IT... compared to the price the SIAM people have already committed to ACMG, buying at the present PPS whether .08 or .04 is chump change!
I truly do give AC and the Asian VC people credit for much higher ethics than scheming to fleece the fearful holding ACMG in weak hands! True that additional 30M shares are half price at .04 compared to .08, but still a pittance compared to the millions committed to the original deal. Ethical wealthy businessmen would be happy with the return in a few years based on the projections they already have PRd thru 2011.
ALL OF THIS LAST WEEK is a debacle stemming from irresponsible behavior from MN1 (80%)& AC no show (20%)setting up conditions that caused ACMG doubters and fearful LONGS to run over the edge of the cliff like lemmings (100%)!
Unfortunate, but merely coincidence except for the abysmal unethical journalism displayed on MN1!
