kiko sounds like my earlier post, I want royalties on my post since Q must have gotten the idea from me LOL. The more I think about today's release from Q the better I feel. They just gave our lawyers ammunition in which to demand higher rates which come from none other than Nokia itself. Everyone should start being happy with Q because they are going to help us out in our battle with the thieves IMO. Nokia thinks 1 essential patent is worth 2.5%; 2 essential patents is worth 3.5%, three patents is worth 4% and ten or more is 5% or higher. Our management team needs to reprice our portfolio since it seems they are trying to give it away at 1-2% LOL. Nokia sure has balls to gripe about how much we are trying to collect when they are trying to collect a heck of a lot more than us if you can believe Q's press release.

Let's go into a store, take a Nokia phone, throw a 10 dollar bill on the counter with your name and address on a piece of paper and say, let's negotiate what is a fair price for this. Your posted price doesn't seem fair to me as I think only $10/phone is reasonable since Nokia is stealing most of the technology in the phone. Would that be stealing? Would you be arrested for it? How come companies can steal intellectual property to the tune of billions of dollars annually when taking the industry as a whole and that is ok but if you steal an actual product that is not? Something is wrong IMO.
