This is precisely what I am getting at as well. Ruiz and Richard are immoral enough bottom feeders that they will speak out of both sides of their mouth and hope no one notices (and of course, the 'Droids never do). Until recently, they have gotten away with these kinds of disconnects and inconsistencies, but that was because they were winning due to Intel's poor roadmap and shoddy execution. Now that Intel's on track, AMD is getting squished, and they are once again blaming the monopoly. Eventually, AMD will be a victim of their own business model, and if the legal system works like it's supposed to, then Intel won't be liable to AMD's kamikaze move for market share.
