Question:
There is discussion concerning "who is doing the work!"
If indeed DNAP has a conjunctive agreement(s) with a number of Universities, and those Universities are doing research themselves, what then becomes the financial reward for them? There seems to be considerable work being done by others, and I do not know how this works. Do the Universities become a co-operative of DNAP? Do they then share in the rewards of success? Pretty off the wall question, but, to me, it does show that there are others involved in total research? Thanks
