Simple: Body Beam has a product that costs about a Thousand bucks and a third of that is BUILT in cost and 2/3rds is profit. Catch 22, how to build the machine with OTHER PEOPLES MONEY ( OPM ) and afford to GO PUBLIC or buy a shell. Simple MERGE or not ..answer FSBO MEDIA , Bingo everybody wins and a Billion Shares issued last week one billion for Body Beam one for David and Crew ( US in Dillution so what ) ...making sense (cents ) with OPM ...US ..see?
