yeah, as happens with a lot of these companies, they get 1 bad financing deal and from then on out they are stuck cause no one will touch them except the company that screwed them over. Catch-22 - need financing, stock gets trashed more. In my conversations with the CFO, he indicated they broke the cycle, now we just have to see if they can pull this off and get us with .0002 on the bid and hold = wake up call.
