Doug, this may sound a bit strange but hey I live on da moon so what can I say...ok, we have the right to privacy and people can not own other people... Now, DNA is the building block of life...how is it appropriate that someone can own patents that restrict the access of others to fundamental aspects of life itself (DNA)? How is that not an invasion of privacy? How is that not a restriction of freedom? I am not arguing this point but this point IMO will be argued. All he11 is gonna break loose with this stuff and Ancestoryby DNA race implications/issues are just the tip of the iceberg. I only hope I am rich and have cashed in by the time it hits the fan. JMO and I would like to hear others opinions on it. TIA
