Chris - I don't see anything like that coming down the pike. I don't view the kind of work being done today as an infringement of civil liberties in any, way, shape or form. I can think of some work that probably wouldn't sit too well with the ACLU like screening for divergent behavioral tendencies. But I don't see an impetus for scientists to look at those kinds of things when there are so many other, more important (and profitable) things to do. Are you concerned about something in particular?
