First off. . .where does the JV 8K say anything about adhering to silence in the matter of their financial reporting requirements.

The whole purpose of the internal investigation is to say to the SEC: You think we made a mistake, we'll doublecheck our numbers and get back to you. If we find a mistake, we'll make the changes. Its pretty standard for this step to be complete before the SEC moves on with their investigation.

Its Globetel's responsibility as a public company to get timely financial information out to the public to ensure an orderly market. A company should have adequate internal controls in place so that they can release their fiancials with confidence. Going over their books a second time with external auditors and a lawyer firm hired just for that purpose should give them all the information they need to release the financials with added confidence.

Why, exactly, would the company need to wait on the results of the SEC investigation to complete their own or report their financials?

I'm not actually replying to anyones post. Sorry eqbeck.

I've owned this stock ( ADGI ) since 1996 and if there's one thing I've learned owning it is there's really no point in doing so. It's a complete waste of time, money and more importantly self respect and / or credibility. This is of course unless you like being made a fool of. ( My experienced opinion).

This Company in my opinion is not for the investor but a money maker for the insiders.

If after 11 years this POS hasn't gotten anywhere, face the facts, it probably never will. I'm still holding the bag from 1996

This stock was never meant for you and I ( the investors ) but for the flippers and insiders who made the money we investors should have made.

After 11 years, I realized it's just a scam. At least for me it turns out that way.

If anybody has a different opinion then I guess they haven't held it long enough yet. Give it time.

Does anybody wonder why we lose the good names we've had associated with our Company in the past? I don't anymore.

Anyone with a good name probably distances themselves from this POS just as soon as they realize there's nothing here and don't want to be affiliated with it anymore. Of course, that's after they get a few million of our hard earned bucks.

Obviously they're interested in maintaining their good name. Who wouldn't be?

All I want is for my 335,00+ Pre-Split shares to be once again worth what they were when I bought them plus something for the 11 years of holding them and I'll gladly disappear.
