What do we know?
Somebody approached Burke to offer this shell in a reverse merger. We don't know who that is yet. This is obviously the person/group that has dumped the, billions by now probably, fraudulent shares into the market.
Was Yucatan involved in this, to create a situation where they could put out yesterday's PR? Possible, I guess, but that would be a pretty elaborate ruse, and would have to depend on the market buying the whole "merger" rumor before. I doubt this was the case. I just don't think Yucatan would have come forward if they were out to just sell shares. I think they would have just continued to sell and sell, and sell.
By coming forth, they put themselves in the limelight, and out for public scrutiny. They've PR'd they are "vigorously investigating". I imagine we see some PRs soon on their findings, and probably a lawsuit filed before long.
