Art - agree with that wholeheartedly. If they were out to sell shares, why not let the merger ruse keep going and keep the volume going in order to find homes for those shares.
Dispelling that rumor would have only hurt for that purpose.
OK, so let's take a step back and determine what BHUB(the shell) is really worth? Where does this PPS settle? If there are billions of fraudulent shares out there, and a lawsuit is filed, will the MM's even have to cover the fraudulent shares?
