Honestly Art, I don't freaking know. I don't have any theories other than heavy dilution by the company. I don't mind what is going on, it is a good stock to daytrade at this point and that is what I do. I am not much of an "investor" in PK's.
Here is the problem. The SOS is stating 30M shares A/S but when was this last updated at the SOS? If it still stands true, why is the stock PPS so low on high volume? Fake shares would have been covered already no? If not, will the SEC shut it down like BCIT? I called the SOS and the recording is saying 30M A/S still.. Also, do fake share ever get covered? Do they ever find the source?
