GlobeTel has a profitiable high cash flow business in Centerline with assets in the realm of $20M, Sanswire has a High Altitude Airship demonstrator that is close to completion along with the Engineers that created it, a wireless product that has a sucessful pilot and a suitor for that business, if not the Peralta family, I can think of half a dozen companies in the USA that would purchase this piece of the business.
