It could be that the expenses of auditing GTEM back to the adgi conversion that the SEC would require might be too big and expensive a task for a businessman to justify for a move to the BB and to try and salvage the tarnished reputation of GTEM/GTE/GTEL and face more attacks (BONY error, hack journalists, etc). I hope the Ks will just sell everything at this point.

Maybe they were just brought in for show? The GTEM audit committee dismissed Dohan so they had to keep appearances by appointing another company?

The point of my previous post was to state that, barring turning off the lights, GTEM is a pinksheet company now and we should maybe forget about any past and future financial reporting since it is not required of a pinksheet company. As much as we would like to see what is going on under the hood, Khoury may have made the decision that this GTEM is not for public viewing. Their silence on financial matters certainly indicates that.

tradefor what liability, it didn't happen on their shift. all they need to do is verify the accuracy of the numbers put together by the internal audit. You can look at the fear of not getting paid as a real option. I am flabergasted that the company went as long as it did on the cash that it had and could generate from operations.
