I'm just stating what I got from WSR. If they need $5mil less 25% (the one already built) = $3.75mil. If they sell 25mil shs at .20/sh then they would generate $5mil. I do know that they have a stock of shares in the treasury besides the 25mil being referred to. They did also tell me that they did repurchase some shares in the open market and these can also be traded in that they are alreay in the float. Ron
