I'm not surprised about the rumors Axel posted turning out to be untrue, tney are somewhat fantastical. I took them with a large grain of salt anyway.

I do find it interesting that Rob chooses to use qualifying language in talking about the possibility of the German wireless bankruptcy rather than flat out saying "globetel wireless europe is not bankrupt".

This 'if' carries more weight for me because JimProfit's DD has usually been excellent.

Here is an email from

"Rob", dated March 28, 2007 where he says "I’m not aware of any bankruptcy in Germany." It appears that Mr. "Rob" was engaging in semantics as GTEM(Wells Notice) had been promising monies to the German division almost on a daily basis and, as was/is normal for GTEM(Wells Notice) -- never delivering. They were being told by Mr. Leder that he would be forced to file bankruptcy unless monies were forthcoming to cover overdue loan commitments, employee payroll and other expenses. Khoury, in essence begged for this not to happen and strung Mr. Leder along for many weeks with promises that he, Khoury, never kept.

But "Rob", using semantics, could say "I’m not aware of any bankruptcy in Germany." -- Typical deceit/deflection from GTEM(Wells Notice). I wonder how much "Serenity Now" old Mr. "Rob" is feeling now?????

We are not being evicted from Palmdale and we are not going out of business.
We never announced an agreement with Raytheon to begin with. We are confident that our beneficial relationships are continuing and in some cases growing.
We believe the source of today’s rumor (you know there’s a new one every day) is a former employee fired for incompetence back in October, the same person who has been posting rumors all along.

We regret that this poster does not have a more constructive use for his time and that he consumes your time and mine with garbage.

Semantics or lie by IR "Rob" --

The following statement was made by "Serenity Now" IR "Rob" in an email dated March 28, 2007:

"We are not being evicted from Palmdale and we are not going out of business."

Well, everyone knows that the first half --

"We are not being evicted from Palmdale . . ."

was in process when "Rob" made that statement which, it is obvious, was untrue and is just another example of deceit and deception from GTEM(Wells Notice) IR/"Rob" to shareholders.
