Yeah dude, you don't remember ? The Judge cancelled the hearing stating that she didn't need to hear the case and would make a ruling on it without the hearing. No word yet on her decision.
hotzone, we are waiting for the judge to publish the decision. The hearing was called of as the judge felt there was enough to make a decision with out the hearing. Could be any day or 2 months from now..
