EDS has grown in a number of ways. But one big way when they do outsouricng is to employ the client's employees initially -so a lot of the growth is not exactly organic.
I'm sure that wave will license its services to a number of providers - for example earthlink or comcast for their customers or EDS or other systems integrators for theit customers. I really don't see wave growing into a large services firm -- it would be such a radical change and they don't appear to have the core competencies for that - at least not on the surface.
