I think you are an angry person. why did you choose Israel and not England or Belgium? And why did you even enlarge Franks sphere of talk to include other western world countries other than the USA which Franks would be mostly concerned about?

Personally I would prefer the use of the full constitution as HAP says rather than allow people who wish to destroy the USA have the ability to do so. Your "rights" depend on your intentions, and hiding behind religoous or personal freedoms in order to undermine and destroy the USA and the "free world" is exactly what the bad guys want to do.
