I disagree strongly. Our rights are not based on "intentions"... everyone is entitled to them regardless, period. Everyone has the right to a speedy trial, to counsel, etc... who is trying to take these rights away? Ashcroft/Bush. That's why, IMO, they need to be removed from office.

Franks took an oath to defend the constitution. If he were a real patriot he would be saying that our constitution would be scrapped only over his dead body. Franks loyalties are to the Bushies not the constitution.
