I thought I'd read where that deal was off, but I haven't kept up with HVLN.

Look at the dates on the filings. What's that all about?

I see at Florida SOS that Cirilium just had a name change filed March 12/07 to Cambridge Park Limited, Inc.

One contact person is Rebecca Rieger, Royal Palm Capital in Boca, and that was/is controlled by Gerald C. Parker and Pearce is/was CEO.

New res agent and Pres/Chairman is Donald Platten at Royal Palm Capital's address and phone. Platten is CEO HVLN isn't he?
